Prunea Art Editions

Precious Scraps of Life is a prestigious series published and printed by Carla Luminati, the print shop creator.

The Prunea series has the purpose to demonstrate the artistic and cultural greatness of the engraving art master of Urbino through significant "scraps of life".

The firsts two number are:

first number, master Enrico Ricci
second number, master Antonio Battistini

The careful study dedicated to layout and design has given a precious form to the cartel, that follows the traditional rules of the book art: aureas correlations. All these cartels are both in italian and in english. A cartel includes critical texts and five unpublished etchings of the engraving artist, signed and numbered in 100 exemplars: from 1/70 to 70/70 furthermore from I/XXX to XXX/XXX including 8 editor proves. At the end of the work the mould leave impression, as a result of the high value of the edition.

Matrix are chosen with careful in relation with the itinerary followed by the cartel to illustrate the artist growth, across some of his "precious scrap of life".
